EvoEnergy Crowned "Solar Installer of the Year"
One of the largest solar power companies in the UK, EvoEnergy has been crowned “Installer of the Year” at the Renewables Awards.
The ceremony – which took place last month at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry – saw the Nottingham-based solar firm scoop the top accolade during a night designed to recognise and celebrate the people, products and projects from the world of renewable energy.
In the four years since the company’s launch in 2007, EvoEnergy has established itself as one of the country’s fastest growing solar PV companies, installing solar PV systems for both residential and commercial customers, helping them to generate clean and efficient electricity.
McDonalds and Speedo are just two of the high-profile names EvoEnergy has worked with, switching to solar energy to reduce their carbon footprint and maximise electricity generation.
Achieving high levels of technical excellence and customer service helped EvoEnergy secure victory, and it seems the firm is on something of a winning streak, having been named “Installer of the Year” at the Renewable Energy Association Awards 2011.
“It’s a brilliant accolade for everyone in the company,” said Operations Director, Peter Radford, of the Renewables Awards win.
